AmeriBrit Farm is located on 25 acres in beautiful Lovettsville, Virginia. The farm has three barns with 12’ x 12’ stalls and rubber mats, automatic insecticide spray systems, hot and cold wash stall, heated tack room, all board fencing, water and electricity in each pasture, trailer parking, 70’ x 140’ indoor arena with premium footing (Eurofelt and sand) and mirrors as well as an outdoor Olympic size dressage ring and access to trails.

Full Board Includes:
12 x 12 stalls with rubber mats and windows, Orchard Grass and Alfalfa Hay; (Timothy Hay can be provided if preferred), blanketing in winter months, fly spraying and placement of fly masks in the summer months (provided by boarder).
$650/per month
Field Board Includes:
One to two horses per field with run-in sheds, premium round bales in winter months, mineral blocks, heated trough and blanketing (in winter months), fly spraying once a day (fly spray to be provided by boarder).

Boarder’s trainers are welcome or dressage lessons are available. Monthly dressage clinics with “R” Judge available.
AmeriBrit Farm is convenient to Leesburg, Virginia (15 minutes), Charles Town, West Virginia (10 Minutes), and Frederick, Maryland (15 minutes). The farm borders the Potomac River and has breathtaking views of the mountains.
